Upload or transmit any illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content

Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your relationship with any person or entity

Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers or networks connected to the services

Use any robots, spiders, or other automated means to access the services

Collect or store personal information of other users

Engage in any conduct that may harm our reputation or business

All quotes are for reference only. Final prices are as per the contract, and we reserve the right to accept or reject orders.

Services are provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that the results will be accurate and reliable.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Youneda and its representatives from all claims arising from your breach of these terms, any law, or third-party rights.

This clause is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and interpreted in accordance with them, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

You are responsible for your account security and all activities under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms at any time. You may also request to close your account at any time.

Payment terms are specified in the contract. Late payment may result in service suspension and additional charges.

You ensure product information is accurate and compliant with laws. We are not liable for losses from product issues.

We do not guarantee specific delivery times and are not liable for delays due to force majeure, customs, or weather.

This website and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the property of Youneda or its content suppliers and are protected by Chinese and international copyright laws.

Without our prior written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, display, or otherwise use any content from this website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (such as loss of profit). Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Disputes shall be resolved first through consultation. If unsuccessful, they shall be submitted to the Shenzhen International Arbitration Court for final and binding arbitration.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Youneda and supersedes all prior agreements.
